These are great water aerobics shoes!
I ordered these for the price -- similar shoes here in a store are over $120. I needed foot support for a strenuous water aerobics class. I ordered a half-size larger than my normal shoes and these fit perfectly. Since the chlorine eats pool shoes I ordered two more pair. I've been using them for two months and they still show no signs of falling apart. A previous pair of Nike pool shoes died after a couple of months.

Awesome Shoes!
These are the most amazingly comfortable shoes I have ever bought!! I bought them from an actual store not online. Very light weight very stylish. Lots of support - the sales person at the store showed me a diagram explaining how the insoles are designed so that they are firmer in different places to create the best support and prevent your foot from rolling in or out. Also the tag on the shoe claims that the anti-friction materials keep your foot much cooler than a regular shoe. I feel like it really works. My foot often feels very tired and sore after running and these shoes really help! I've only had them for a week but other people have told me that they are good quality. They seem like they'll last a long time.
Also the sizing was the same as my previous new balance and Addidas shoes. I ran in my merrell shoes the first day I got them and didn't get any blisters - they are so comfortable and no need to break them in like I always feel I have to do with New Balance shoes.
I hope you'll try these shoes because they really are awesome!!

Supercute!
These shoes are great but then I have never purchased a shoe that Columbia makes that isn't. It fits true to size is very comfortable and looks good with anything. I have them in black but if I had my way would have them in every color. Nice shoe nice price!

Perfect for Hiking Canoeing
I used to have a pair of the Techamphibians and wore them out (over the course of a few years). These are by far the most comfortable amphibious shoes that I've encountered and it's been a nice switch to the Techamphib 2's.
Pros: Very lightweight great look comfortable
Cons: Sometimes small rocks can get stuck adjustable strap around ankle never stays in place
I'd buy another pair in a heartbeat.

Perfect shoe
I needed a comfortable shoe for summer boating as well as everyday.
Loving yellow I saw these in a store and immediately went to Amazon where I found them cheaper. They are actually very cute; I've worn them to work are made with a material that prevents odor and can be worn all day. I would say they run perhaps a half size smaller; I wear a 6 1/2 to 7. I got a 7 and while my big toe goes to the end it doesn't hit as the shoe tilts up and is roomy at the end. Love the look and the feel. I plan to buy another in a different color. The vendor used by Amazon was prompt courteous and efficient and I paid no shipping or tax.
I would definately recommend these over any other knock-off brands.
Love them!

Great
I have a normal arch but have mild over-pronation. Needed a bit of support. Had the Asics Gel Kayanos and they were OK (no blisters but a bit hard) but went to these and they feel great on me. Have logged about 100 miles in these and I am lovin' Pearl Izumi's whole line of run shirts shorts and these shoes. Awesome.

Order a Size Up
This review will have to be a to-be-continued as I haven't really worn the shoe yet because of the size. I ordered my usual size (have two other New Balance pairs in this size) but it was too small so I'll have to exchange it for a size larger.
The shoe does feel very comfortable though from the minute or two I had it on and the pictures here accurately show what it looks like in real life.
The one thing that kind of concerns me though is that if you look closely at the picture notice the laces only go through two loops per side. When I tried to tighten the shoe it didn't really make much difference (as opposed to leaving it loose). It felt like I'd either have to really yank on it which I didn't want to do for fear of breaking the semi-elastic lace since I'm returning this pair for the larger size or cut and replace the elastic/draw-cord laces with real laces. If you like tight fitting shoes you may want to reconsider this one whereas if you just want something to kick around in these should work.
Other than that the shoe seems like it'll be a winner once I get the right size for me. I like the way it felt and looked.

Rugged stylish and great for anything in the water
I bought this shoe sight unseen directly from Amazon not knowing what to expect. I own more than one pair of Columbia brand pants shirts and a fleece or two and I have always been impressed with their quality. This was the first pair of Columbia shoes that I have purchased and when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised.
I do quite a bit of eco-hiking and generally end up near small rivers creeks and waterfalls. I also do some occasional canoeing and white water rafting and I was looking for something that was rugged stylish and could hold its own in the water. The Hydratooth Water Shoe definitely meets all three of my requirements.
The mesh areas of the shoe are vented but it's hard to tell from a precursory glance. If you hold the shoe up to the light you can see the venting from the inside but otherwise it goes unnoticed. In other words the venting is porous but thick and shouldn't wear out any time soon. The insole is made of thick cushioning and is very comfortable. The laces are built-in and are tightened via a draw-string clasp which makes it quick and easy to put on or remove the shoe. Thick rubber surrounds the base of the shoe and overlaps the toe adding extra reinforcement. The bottom portion of the rubber sole contains vents to accommodate the release of water.
The only thing I might point out is that the back part of the shoe that rests above the heal is not very padded and slightly stiff at first. I recommend breaking the shoes in for a day or two before venturing out on your first hike; otherwise you might end up with blisters. Once broken in the back part of the shoe feels just as comfortable as the rest.
Shoe sizes vary by manufacturer. I normally wear a size 9 (US) but have occasionally had to resort to 8.5 or 9.5 depending on the various manufacturer sizes. I went with my average size when ordering this shoe and it fit nicely.

alternative to a pair of Keen's
I was looking at a pair of Keen shoe/sandels for kayaking and hiking around but I did not find a pair that fit my needs -- size style color.
I've had the new balance SM920 for about ten days and I've used them a few times -- for walking kayaking and running around state parks.
Pros:
good support (that's why I love NB shoes)
pocket in tongue for drawstring
good traction for walking up/down kayak entry points
easy clean up -- hose down the inside to remove sand and grit (this is when the water draining system works great)
Cons:
water draining system gets clogged with lake/river debris
feet get somewhat hot in direct summer sun
Overall
These shoes are great for use in the water and for use paddle sports and walking; I'm pleased with another fine new balance product. These are a nice alternative to a pair of Tevas or Keen sandels.

Great water shoe!!
I only wear New Balance shoes so I was very happy to see that they made water shoes. I bought these shoes to wear at the health club when going from the locker rooms to the pool also for use at the lake for the personal water craft and boat. I think they would be great for running around on rainy days too. My foot is narrow so they do slip slightly on me but with the slip on style it works for me - makes them easier to slip on and off. They are very comfy and a slick looking design (I got the gray color). I have received many compliments.
